There's a cute mom and pop pancake place called "Pancake Day" that offers great pancakes and amazing homemade caramel and chocolate sauces. All the pancakes come with a scoop of ice cream as well :)
The only downside is that since it's a mom and pop place, sometimes they'll run out of ingredients and you're forced to leave since they can't make anything on their menu. But the food is good enough to if this does happen, you should definitely try to eat there again. They have a wonderful pancake burger that in lieu of buns, they use pancakes. It's really good, but it's only served Friday-Sunday.
